I know the importance of archives.\u00a0<\/em><em>One of the principal reasons that I make cinema is so that memory remains \u2013 the\u00a0<\/em><em>Memory that passes from one generation to the next. For African peoples all over\u00a0<\/em><em>The world our memory is what defines us. A people who do not know and have not preserved their heritage is destined to disappear. The loss of memory and the undervaluing of\u00a0<\/em><em>A heritage is dangerous: sharing knowledge is our responsibility.
